At Infinity Hoop, we want you to reach your fitness goals with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your hoop within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Infinity Hoop and all additional links in the original packaging to ensure the item is protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
